Ken Chinchar, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, joined DataChambers in September 2015 and serves the sales and marketing organizations for the company’s four data centers and staff.  Ken is responsible for the development and execution of all sales, revenue and sales operations plans and goals and the achievement of those goals.  Ken is also responsible for providing leadership, direction, hands-on coaching and specific guidance to employees, ensuring that each of his business channels has a strong focus on business development and growth, organization, profitability and customer service.


Prior to joining DataChambers, Ken served as both Regional Vice President and Vice President/General Manager for tw telecom for 14 years.  Ken also has 20 years sales and sales leadership experience with AT&T, Cincinnati Bell and Ohio Bell.

Ken is past Chairman of the Board of the North Carolina Technology Association, having served as Vice-Chairman and Chairman from 2010 through 2012 as well as having served other Board roles during his 12 year NCTA Board membership.  In addition to the CCI Dean’s Advisory Board, Ken also currently serves on the Queens University McColl School Board of Advisors and the Charlotte Area Technology Collaborative Executive Council. 

Ken is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Finance.  Ken and his wife Kellie live in south Charlotte with one of their 3 daughters.
