Carrie Coulson Bank of America Senior Project Manager. Carrie Coulson has 16 years of banking experience, the past 12 running technology projects and is a Program Manager supporting Control Functions Technology (CFT). She received her BA from University of South Carolina, MBA from Queens University, has her Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe Agilest (SA) certification. Danielle Gleaton

Danielle Gleaton Bank of America Reporting & Governance Senior Analyst. Danielle Gleaton is a VP, Reporting and Governance Sr. Analyst working on the Legal Entity Interdependency Analytics team, which is a function supporting the bank’s resolution planning activities. She has about 10 years of cross-industry work experience in information technology specializing in business intelligence. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, where she double majored in International Business and Management Science – Management Information Systems, and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Tech.

Rick Scot Bank of America Assessment Program Manager – Cyber Preparedness & Planning Rick has been with Bank of America for 14 years. During his tenure he held various roles within the Mortgage Technology space, which included several data transformations, as well as the home loans platform replacement. In April Rick joined Global Information Security helping to build out the independent assessment program and continues to drive out the process, while building a system of record for the overall program. Rick is also a winner of the 2015 Bank of America Global Diversity & Inclusion Award.

I did a summer internship with the bank in the summer of 2014 and started working full time with the bank in February 2015. John Dezervos

Originally from Bethpage, New York, John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Economics from the University of Binghamton and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Polytechnic University.

Lekha Banerjee

Lekha Banerjee Bank of America Global Strategy & Architecture – BI, Mobility Lekha is currently the chief architect for Business Intelligence and Mobility for Global Banking & Markets with responsibility across US, EMEA and APAC. Her team is responsible for formulating the BI & Mobile strategy, architecture, roadmap and designs for the Wholesale Credit, Treasury & Payments, Sales & CRM, Profitability domains. Prior to her current role, she was on an expatriate assignment heading the Retail Banking Architecture team in India. Her team was responsible for strategy, roadmap and design for Digital, DIY and Branch Banking, Banking Products and BPM. She also led innovation architecture involving ideation of new concepts, creation of prototypes and related business cases. She has 4 technology patents applied for and 1 granted. As a member of the Sr Leadership team, Lekha is a Technology Educator and guides various technology development and leadership training courses. She personally conducts technology and engineering sessions at in-house Leadership, Women In Technology, Diversity & Inclusion forums. Houston Helms

Houston Helms Bank of America Global Wholesale Banking Technology Data Management Initiative and Domain Executive. Houston is the Global Wholesale Banking Technology Data Management Initiative and Domain executive. Houston joined Bank of America in 1994 as a technical project manager responsible for the software release and project management of MVS-based Enterprise Data Warehouse. He has since held multiple roles within technology including Global Risk Technology Executive, Card Technology Executive, and Basel Technology Executive where he was responsible for the end-to-end production execution of the Basel II regulatory capital accord and was accountable for the execution of 250+ application feeds supporting regulatory and economic capital calculations. Houston is a native of Charlotte, having received his BSBA (MIS) and MBA degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). He has previously served as the UNC Charlotte Applied Technology Program Executive sponsor for Bank of America’s innovative partnership with UNCC sponsoring collegiate students’ support of Bank of America production systems and is currently a member of the UNCC Athletic Foundation Board of Directors. Apart from his work at Bank of America, Houston serves as a publicly elected official (Commissioner) in Cramerton, NC.

She was the project manager for her Graduate Capstone which designed a technical and business plan for implementing city wide WiFi in Pittsburgh, PA. Lindsey A.
