Jill has been with the Bank for 2 years as a process improvement and governance subject matter expert and a liaison between technical infrastructure and application support teams. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems.

Michelle Petta Bank of America Tech Project Solutions Consultant. A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Computer Science (BS) degree. Currently working at Bank of America as an IT Project Manager in the mobile application team. Michelle has over 10 years of experience in the financial technology field, primarily consumer banking and retirement services.

Carrie Coulson Bank of America Senior Project Manager. Carrie Coulson has 16 years of banking experience, the past 12 running technology projects and is a Program Manager supporting Control Functions Technology (CFT). She received her BA from University of South Carolina, MBA from Queens University, has her Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe Agilest (SA) certification. Carrie is also the Develop Focus Area lead for Bank of America’s advocacy group Women in Technology and Operations (WIT&O).

Graduated from Dalhousie University with a BA Double Advanced Major in English and History, received a post graduate diploma in Applied Information Technology. Currently works as a Team Manager in Data Movement and Integration area – I have been with the bank for 12 years and worked in various areas of consumer bank including; eCommerce, Home Loans, Consumer Release Management and now Data Movement and Integration. Most of my proficiencies have been focused around organization and risk analysis of change as well as process implementation.

I have over 16 years of corporate leadership and ‘Big 4′ consulting experience in Global Corporate Social Responsibility, Global Human Resources, Global Marketing, ERP (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP), Finance, Accounting, and Technology Services, together with EMBA (PLD) graduation from Harvard Business School.

My experience includes leadership and management positions in both Information Technology and Business Service Delivery. Prior to joining Bank of America, I was with Duke Energy and Andersen Consulting (Accenture now).

Colleen Clark Bank of America SVP; Senior Production Services Manager. Colleen graduated with a degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University. She has over 13 years of experience as a manager at Bank of America delivering and supporting technology for the Consumer and GWIM line of businesses. Colleen has a passion for supporting women interested in technology and is an active member of the Bank of America Women in Technology & Operations organization. In addition, she is also an MBA student at UNCC. She is pursuing a dual MBA in both Management and Global Business Management with an expected completion date of Spring 2017.

Lakshmi Vishnampettai Bank of America Business Solution Cnslt- Tech I am currently the Technology Lead for a Software Development/Analytics team. My responsibilities include software design, data modeling, programming, release planning using agile development methodologies. I have been in Bank’s Technology organization for over five years now. I have my Masters degree in Information Technology from UNC, Charlotte.

Danielle Gleaton Bank of America Reporting & Governance Senior Analyst. Danielle Gleaton is a VP, Reporting and Governance Sr. Analyst working on the Legal Entity Interdependency Analytics team, which is a function supporting the bank’s resolution planning activities. She has about 10 years of cross-industry work experience in information technology specializing in business intelligence. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, where she double majored in International Business and Management Science – Management Information Systems, and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Tech.

Rick Scot Bank of America Assessment Program Manager – Cyber Preparedness & Planning Rick has been with Bank of America for 14 years. During his tenure he held various roles within the Mortgage Technology space, which included several data transformations, as well as the home loans platform replacement. In April Rick joined Global Information Security helping to build out the independent assessment program and continues to drive out the process, while building a system of record for the overall program. Rick is also a winner of the 2015 Bank of America Global Diversity & Inclusion Award.

Kate Asis Bank of America Program Manager Kate Asis is a Program Manager in Global Tech and Operations. She manages a team of 7 Project Managers working on projects supporting Small Business, GWIM and Consumer Card. Kate has been with the bank for 13 years, all of her roles in a Change and Project Management capacity. She has supported multiple LOBs at the bank, including Home Loans, Commercial Technology, Global Marketing and the last 5 years with Small Business Banking. Kate graduated from University of Calgary (Canada) with a BA in Communications. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.

Varsha Devadas Bank of America AVP – ATM Technologies I am an alumni of UNCC. I got my Master’s in Computer Science from UNCC. I did a summer internship with the bank in the summer of 2014 and started working full time with the bank in February 2015. I currently work as a UI developer for Financial Center and ATM Technologies.

Vinay Mummigatti Bank of America SVP; BPM Solutions Vinay is a Technology executive at Bank of America and heads the enterprise Business process management Strategy for business and technology. An industry that leads in Digital transformation and process automation space, Vinay has authored many white papers which have been published in international journals, presented at various conferences and has also filed 2 patents on “Digital Process Management Patterns”. His experience combines enterprise level technology leadership functions for Fortune 50 firms across North America, APAC and EMEA, in large consulting organizations. He has a deep understanding of Financial services, Insurance and Healthcare industry domains.

Nitesh Rathod Bank of America VP; CIM Service Delivery Nitesh is an Information Technology & Business Leader with years of experience in multiple technologies and business domains. Has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA from UNCC. He is currently managing and leading projects in Big data Business Intelligence and Analytics. Nitesh has coached and mentored students of various age groups in Math, Science and Computing. Has two wonderful daughters pursuing their education in Computer Engineering and Bioinformatics.

John Dezervos Bank of America Chief Operating Officer, Client Facing Platforms Technology John DeZervos is the Client Facing Platforms Technology Chief Operating Officer for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. John is responsible for leading a range of horizontal functions including Risk, Security and Compliance Management, Portfolio Management, Financials, Resource Management, Business Enablement, Business Controls and Reporting Metrics across Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Payments and Commerce, Financial Center, Architecture Technology, Shared Services Technology and Solutions Delivery Management.

Prior to joining the bank, in 1984, John began his career as an Actuary in New York and has held several positions including 12 years leading technology at General Electric. John joined Bank of America in 2004 and has held positions in Online Banking, eCommerce & ATM Technology, Reference Data Systems and Shared Operations Technology. Originally from Bethpage, New York, John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Economics from the University of Binghamton and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Polytechnic University.

Lekha Banerjee Bank of America Global Strategy & Architecture – BI, Mobility Lekha is currently the chief architect for Business Intelligence and Mobility for Global Banking & Markets with responsibility across US, EMEA and APAC. Her team is responsible for formulating the BI & Mobile strategy, architecture, roadmap and designs for the Wholesale Credit, Treasury & Payments, Sales & CRM, Profitability domains. Prior to her current role, she was on an expatriate assignment heading the Retail Banking Architecture team in India. Her team was responsible for strategy, roadmap and design for Digital, DIY and Branch Banking, Banking Products and BPM. She also led innovation architecture involving ideation of new concepts, creation of prototypes and related business cases. She has 4 technology patents applied for and 1 granted. As a member of the Sr Leadership team, Lekha is a Technology Educator and guides various technology development and leadership training courses. She personally conducts technology and engineering sessions at in-house Leadership, Women In Technology, Diversity & Inclusion forums. Lekha has an Honors Degree in Computer Science Engineering and Project Management credentials. She has been a recipient of CIO and CEO recognitions at the Bank and MVP award at her previous employer.

Deepak Shamarao Bank of America SVP, Architecture Executive Deepak is a Senior Vice President in Global Strategy and Architecture (GSA) which is part of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global Banking & Markets Technology (GBMT). He heads the Global portfolio architecture & governance team and is responsible to transform the way the wholesale bank technology delivers on the business strategy through a standardized, highly available, reusable, standards-based platform environment. Deepak is accountable for the Global Wholesale Banking

Master Plan, business architecture, Technology Internal Control and De-risking Portfolio & for rolling out the GTO Solutions Delivery Management (SDM) Transformation Program across global wholesale bank. He also heads the bank skills-based volunteering program and has delivered multiple technology solutions to Charlotte based non-profit organizations.

Heather Ahlbin Bank of America Director; Tech Project Sr Consultant Heather Ahlbin is currently a Senior Technology PM in the Balance Sheet and Capital Management Technology organization supporting the replacement of Bank of America’s capital reporting platform (Saber2). Heather has been with bank of America for over 9 years serving in various project management and business support roles in technology. Actively involved in LEAD for Women and Toastmasters she has a passion for growth both personally and professionally.

Houston Helms Bank of America Global Wholesale Banking Technology Data Management Initiative and Domain Executive. Houston is the Global Wholesale Banking Technology Data Management Initiative and Domain executive. Houston joined Bank of America in 1994 as a technical project manager responsible for the software release and project management of MVS-based Enterprise Data Warehouse. He has since held multiple roles within technology including Global Risk Technology Executive, Card Technology Executive, and Basel Technology Executive where he was responsible for the end-to-end production execution of the Basel II regulatory capital accord and was accountable for the execution of 250+ application feeds supporting regulatory and economic capital calculations. Houston is a native of Charlotte, having received his BSBA (MIS) and MBA degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). He has previously served as the UNC Charlotte Applied Technology Program Executive sponsor for Bank of America’s innovative partnership with UNCC sponsoring collegiate students’ support of Bank of America production systems and is currently a member of the UNCC Athletic Foundation Board of Directors. Apart from his work at Bank of America, Houston serves as a publicly elected official (Commissioner) in Cramerton, NC.

Beverly Camut Bank of America Business Solution Sr Mgr-Tech. Beverly Camut is currently the Technology Leader for the Wholesale Credit Transformation Program – a multi-year large scale Agile program to replace the Wholesale Credit system from underwriting through booking a loan. She is a Technology Leader with experience in strategic business and technology planning, application development, infrastructure management, global team leadership, program management, vendor management and financials. She has a B.S. in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and resides in Huntersville, NC.

Coreen Button Bank of America Specialist – Sys/Data Security. Coreen received a BA in Mathematical Sciences and a minor in Computer Sciences, cum laude, way back in 1985 from Connecticut College. She has a successful progressive IT career with the insurance industry in New England and Charlotte, beginning with a summer internship as a computer programmer for Aetna in Hartford CT. In 2008, she joined Bank of America and managed teams across the world for consumer data operational support. Recently she has joined Global Information Security as a Security Specialist making sure your data is safe at the bank.

Lindsey Parham Bank of America Cnslt – Business Tech Intg. Lindsey A. Parham received a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University in December 2014. She was the project manager for her Graduate Capstone which designed a technical and business plan for implementing city wide WiFi in Pittsburgh, PA. Lindsey A. Parham currently works for Bank of America as a Data Quality Consultant in the Global Technology & Operations department

Ashley Payne-Bland Bank of America Business Support Manger. Ashley Payne-Bland received a degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University in December 2010 and later got her MBA specializing in Information Technology from Florida Tech in June 2014. Ashley currently works for Bank of America as a Business Support Manager in the Global Information Systems department.

Cassandra Casanova Bank of America Business Support Manger. Cassandra Casanova currently works as a Business Support Manager for Bank of America where she has been employed for the past 16 years. She resides in Harrisburg, NC with her family and is very active in her community by supporting several different volunteer organizations.

Angie Shoff Bank of America Program Management Executive. Graduated from James Madison University with a BS in Psychology. Angie has more than 25 years of experience across multiple disciplines of banking. Angie is currently working in Resolution and Recovery leading enterprise wide change initiatives addressing risk, technology and process management across liquidity, legal entity and board governance as a Program Management Executive. Angie currently sits on the Board of Visitors for UNCW and has mentored multiple years with the Cherie Blair Foundation. Angie is a Six Sigma Blackbelt, an ALLY and a member of two Charlotte chapters for LEAD (Leadership, Education, Advocacy & Development for Women) and WIT&O (Women in Technology and Operations).

Pinky Patel Bank of America Team Manager Systems / Software QA. Pinky Patel received a degree in Math and a minor in Management Information Systems from University of Houston in December 2000. During her studies at UH, she received a paid Co-Op/Intern opportunity with a telecom company and decided to pursue a career in technology thereafter. Pinky currently works for Bank of America as a QA Manager in the Global Tech & Ops Division.

Tina Laminack Bank of America Sr Tech Mgr-Sys Admin & Support. Tina has been working in technology for Bank of America in Charlotte for 18 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems. She has held many roles in technology including business/data analyst, project management, and program management. Tina is currently a Sr. Technology Manager leading efforts to simplify and reduce infrastructure expense as well as mitigate areas of risk in our environment.

Riddhi Gupta Bank of America Service Delivery Manager. Riddhi Gupta received a Masters in IT and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UNC Charlotte in December 2007 and May 2003 respectively from the College of Computing and Informatics. She currently works at Bank of America as an Agile transformation leader and a technology service delivery manager within the Regulatory and Shared services organization in Global Technology and operations. She attributes her professional success to the course work and the opportunities she was exposed to while at UNCC. Since both her husband and her are UNCC alumni, she is thrilled to be a part of this mentorship program.
